Amazing experience

I recently brought a Porsche 911 GTS from Lawton Brook, I dealt with Olly from start to finish it was a amazing experience. The car was immaculate customer service is better then main dealers and if your looking for your next car I would highly recommend using this dealership and I will definitely be using them for my next car

Olly couldn’t do enough for me he kept me updated all the time. He helped me get rid of my old car and also helped me put my private plate on my new car aswell.

He sent me a very detailed video of the car including start ups, all the interior, outside etc. which I really appreciated! The main dealers never send me a detailed video at all as it was more of hassle for them.

Great company, great staff and an amazing car.

My husband and I saw the car of our dreams, but due to the location of Lawton Brook and my husband’s work schedule it was looking pretty hopeless to get to see the car. So their Client Manager suggested we bought it online assuring us that it was quite commonplace these days. For us it was a big risk, wed never heard of the company, they are 137 miles away from where we live, we relied on photographs and his recommendation. It was delivered to us today and better than we could possibly imagined, he talked us through every step of the way and I can’t speak highly enough about him and the Company. I would certainly recommend the Company to family and friends. I would also use them again for our next car purchase.

Best car I have ever bought with the best customer service.

When looking for an RS6 I came across one at Lawton Brook. Alex was extremely helpful with getting my part exchange (RS3) valued ETC, he then informed me the dealer I bought the RS3 from had not cleared the finance and he helped me with getting the car returned to the dodgy dealer.

From there Alex assisted with putting together the finance package and getting everything in place ready for collection of the car.
Alex then had to stay late for me due to my train from Brighton being delayed and Alex waited for to arrive at around 7pm.

Overall the best car I have ever bought with the best customer service would recommend it to everyone without a doubt.

Super service.

I recently purchased a car from Lawton Brook. Even though it was a lot of money to me it was still at the cheaper end of their stock currently for sale however I was still treated as if i was buying one of the top end vehicles. The car was presented very well, any minor issues I found were dealt with without any excuse and rectified before I collected the car. There was a minor issue with the spare key not arriving by the day of collection however Ian came to my house the following day to drop off the spare key. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Lawton Brook – should I ever win the lottery I will be back to build up my vehicle collection.

Very Professional.

I have purchased several cars from Lawton Brook over the last 7 years and also sold them two, the most recent and an Audi RS6 performance. The deal was very easy to conclude with a fair price given and the car was inspected and collected a few days later. Excellent Service.

I’d spent several weeks comparing prices and specs of CL500’s before deciding to view a Palladium Silver AMG CL. I turned up unexpected and was met by friendly staff who in turn introduced me to client manager Alex. The car was brought over to view, test driven and a deal struck that same day. The car was 8 years old, so came with the odd blemish. These were rectified pre delivery without quibble. On the day of collection, Alex picked me up from the station and drive me to my car. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and was only a phone call or email away if I needed him,he really went the extra mile to make the purchasing experience a pleasure.
Lawton Brook provided a superb 6 month warranty, which had to be called on twice during the first 6 months of ownership. There were no questions asked, they authorised the work and paid the bill, no problem. If you’re in the market for a prestige motor, you want to deal with a very reputable company. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and I’m glad I chose Lawton Brook to spend my hard earned with. They could not be faulted and if I decide to change my Merc, I know where to go.
