Great company, great staff and an amazing car.

My husband and I saw the car of our dreams, but due to the location of Lawton Brook and my husband’s work schedule it was looking pretty hopeless to get to see the car. So their Client Manager suggested we bought it online assuring us that it was quite commonplace these days. For us it was a big risk, wed never heard of the company, they are 137 miles away from where we live, we relied on photographs and his recommendation. It was delivered to us today and better than we could possibly imagined, he talked us through every step of the way and I can’t speak highly enough about him and the Company. I would certainly recommend the Company to family and friends. I would also use them again for our next car purchase.

Outstanding from start to finish.

My first dealings with Lawton Brook were when I sold my Defender 90 to them. They were extremely helpful and offered me an above average figure for it. After the deal was done, I told Phil that “This is my first time dealing you as a company, and I can say, wholeheartedly that you have all been exceptional and I will be back to buy an RS6 when the time comes.”
True to my word, I went back.
The customer service was yet again exemplary. I have been dealing with Phil and Darren thus far. They also pointed me in the direction of Ruth and Clare at Oracle, to deal with the finance side, and again: the whole process was seamless!
I gave Phil and Darren some very tricky requests prior to delivery, in order for me to purchase their car. Not only did they meet my every demand, but they excelled at them, in all aspects.
The driver, Carl, notified me of his location and delivery time promptly en route to me, and before I knew it, I was in possession if my new RS6.
Everything was as described, if not better, with a perfect level of service.

Super service.

I recently purchased a car from Lawton Brook. Even though it was a lot of money to me it was still at the cheaper end of their stock currently for sale however I was still treated as if i was buying one of the top end vehicles. The car was presented very well, any minor issues I found were dealt with without any excuse and rectified before I collected the car. There was a minor issue with the spare key not arriving by the day of collection however Ian came to my house the following day to drop off the spare key. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Lawton Brook – should I ever win the lottery I will be back to build up my vehicle collection.

Very Professional.

I have purchased several cars from Lawton Brook over the last 7 years and also sold them two, the most recent and an Audi RS6 performance. The deal was very easy to conclude with a fair price given and the car was inspected and collected a few days later. Prior to leaving with the car, the balance had been transferred to my account and all the necessary paperwork signed. All in all a good experience. Excellent Service.

I’d spent several weeks comparing prices and specs of CL500’s before deciding to view a Palladium Silver AMG CL. I turned up unexpected and was met by friendly staff who in turn introduced me to client manager Alex. The car was brought over to view, test driven and a deal struck that same day. The car was 8 years old, so came with the odd blemish. These were rectified pre delivery without quibble. On the day of collection, Alex picked me up from the station and drive me to my car. Alex was a pleasure to deal with and was only a phone call or email away if I needed him,he really went the extra mile to make the purchasing experience a pleasure.
Lawton Brook provided a superb 6 month warranty, which had to be called on twice during the first 6 months of ownership. There were no questions asked, they authorised the work and paid the bill, no problem. If you’re in the market for a prestige motor, you want to deal with a very reputable company. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and I’m glad I chose Lawton Brook to spend my hard earned with. They could not be faulted and if I decide to change my Merc, I know where to go.

I saw the car of my dreams for a once in a lifetime purchase at Lawton Brook and from the very first phone call, my first visit to the premises to view the car and all subsequent dealings I was welcomed and made to feel like a valued customer. I own a Motorcycle Retail business and the level of customer care I received from Lawton Brook is exactly what I expect my customers to receive from us, excellent in every way. It was a very different experience from some of the other establishments I had been to, no hard sell, no tricky sales tactics just a friendly welcoming experience.

Ian and the team have a fantastic selective stock of seriously nice cars at very reasonable prices and I would recommend anyone to give them a call if they have what you are after because you will undoubtedly not deal with a better group of guys.
